How long does shipping take for sports equipment?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Heavy items like punching bags may require additional handling time and can take up to 7-10 business days for delivery.
What is your return policy on used gear?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns on items in their original, unused condition with tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Hand wraps and mouthguards cannot be returned once opened.
How do I know which glove size to choose?
Glove size depends on your body weight and the type of training. Generally, 12oz is for bag work, while 14oz or 16oz is recommended for sparring. Please refer to our Size Guide for specific measurements.

How should I clean and maintain my boxing gloves?
Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth after every session and use glove deodorizers to absorb moisture. Never machine wash your gloves or leave them in a closed gym bag, as this can damage the material and cause odors.
